My dad, Chet, turned 83 this year and I did something I have wanted to do for years. I sat down with him and had him share his life story on video.

Now, no matter what happens, the story of his life, our relatives and his life lessons will live on so they can be shared with my siblings, family and future generations.

What would it mean to you to have something like that of one or both of your parents or grandparents?

I am a videographer so I had the equipment and experience to do this professionally. Doing it this way would cost thousands of dollars but you can do this yourself…
